Next PROGject?

I still want to make the "PROG Empire" Magazine, but recently I have noticed that will all this focus on PROG Co. I haven't been able to devote much time to freestyling and working on my tricks, which isn't cool, I still do perform and show off and what not, I need to always be on top of my game right!? In fact I have a Talk Show type interview coming up in a week or so.

Thats when I got to thinking for a new PROGject, and it would be called C.T.A. or Craft The Art. I would film when ever I could, and collect freestyle footage. But I tried this already with SBFF and I dont feel that it was all too good..

This is where I want your help to help me think of an episode format or what I could add into the episodes to make it more entertaining.

I was thinking that the format would be like i start off with a little 30 second talking, then like 1min & 30sec freestyling?
